Chi’s Korean Tacos
For this project, we were told to find someone with a job, passion or hobby to interview. I came across Chi Shin, owner of Downtown Eugene's Chi's Korean Tacos, and was fortunate enough to learn his and his restaurant's story. I used this project to practice using Adobe Premiere and my video skills.

This is a personal video project that I filmed and edited for my friends and I as a recap of our Winter Break adventures in Vancouver, Canada. I used this project to practice and showcase my editing skills within Adobe Premiere. I do not own the rights of the song in this video; the song is titled L-O-V-E by Nat "King" Cole.
Videos help viewers to re-live moments otherwise lost in time.
The idea of preserving a slice of life has always and continues to fascinate me. Having the power to get a glimpse into someone’s day-to-day activities, explore a place you’ve never been to, or learn how to make sourdough starter from a complete stranger is one of the closest thing humans have to traveling through time and space.
